Rajat Manohar Patidar (born 1 June 1993) is an Indian International cricketer He plays for Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket and for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. He is a right-handed top order batter and off-spinner.
His father is a businessman. He joined a cricket club when he was 8 years old and was later enrolled into an academy by his grandfather. He started his career as a bowler and started concentrating on batting after his U-15 levels.

Patidar attended New Digamber Public School in Indore where he completed his primary and secondary education. He later graduated from Indore University.

When I saw Rohit bhai attacking the bowlers, I tried to incorporate it in my game as well. I am trying to analyze all the things and adapt them to my game.

Rajat Patidar is a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team in IPL. He made his debut under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. He was also included in the Test squad as a replacement for Virat Kohli. Virat is not part of the team for the first 2 tests due to family reasons.

Rajat Patidar made his IPL debut from RCB in 2021. In the first season he could play only 4 matches, but in the 2022 season he got to play 8 matches. He took the team to Qualifier-2 by scoring a century against Lucknow Supergiants in the eliminator match. After this century his name came into discussion.
